EXPERIENCE & ROUTES
My professional background is built on a combination of documented yacht deliveries and extensive offshore and coastal sailing experience gained during training, charter and owner-assisted passages.
To date, I have logged over 10,000 nautical miles during 185 days at sea, serving in different roles — from crew member and officer to skipper and captain — depending on the purpose of the voyage.
A significant part of this experience comes from yacht delivery passages, including:
- Atlantic coast routes and offshore legs
- La Rochelle – Alicante
- Les Sables-d’Olonne – Portimão
- Les Sables-d’Olonne – Split
- Benalmadena – Capo d’Orlando
- Bay of Biscay crossings, carefully planned around weather windows
- Long-distance passages exceeding 1,000–2,500 nautical miles
In addition, I have accumulated broad practical experience through:
- offshore training and mileage-building passages
- charter sailing as skipper and captain
- owner sailing and familiarisation trips
- coastal and island sailing in varied conditions
My sailing areas include the Atlantic approaches, Mediterranean Sea, North Sea and Baltic Sea, covering both open-water navigation and complex coastal environments.
